Enjoy my 60/90 minute full body, relaxation massage, using swedish techniques that will help you to unwind, renew your mind & spirit. Perfect for relieving tension, calming the mind & soothing achy muscles.

Customize your massage to any areas that you prefer me to work on, instead of doing the full body. This allows me to target any areas that you may have concerns with!

Pre-natal Massage: $80 – 1 Hour

For all the expecting mamas, I do offer a pre-natal massage! A woman’s body goes through so much during pregnancy and it’s so important to make sure your body is well! I perform the massage by having the client lay on their side all propped up to ensure comfort. I also ask that you are at least 16 weeks out before receiving any body work done!

Facial Massage: $55 – 30 minutes|$65 – 40 minutes (neck,chest&shoulders added)

Enjoy my 30 minute Scalp & Facial massage, that includes steamed towels, aromatherapy & your choice of upgrading to my Hot Coconut Oil Scalp massage (+$15)! It’s very important to get the blood flowing & drain all the toxins from your face! Also good for your TMJ & Sinuses. You may also add on facial cupping +$15 (great for the lymphatic system & getting extra tension out)! *service is strictly massage, please come with a clean face*

Head to Toe Relaxation: $125 – 90 minutes

This 90 minute session includes a facial massage, along with the full body! Enhanced with aromatherapy, steamed towels & your choice of upgrading to my hot coconut oil scalp massage!

Bodywork & Healing (Sauna): $110 – 90 minutes

Unwind with this healing session! A 60 minute, full body massage, which of course includes aromatherapy and steamed towels. Followed along with a 30 minute Sauna session! There are so many great benefits, with the two of these combined!

Legs & Feet: $60 – 40 Minutes

This is for the ones whose on their feet all day or active in walking and running! Let’s relieve any tension or inflammation in the lower legs and engaging in easier movement of the foot.

Signature Hands OR Foot Massage: $35 – 15 Minutes

We do almost everything with our hands and we are always on our feet constantly! Enjoy my 15 minute hand or foot massage to take some stress away from what we use the most!

Infrared Salt Sauna: $20 – 20 minutes|$30 – 30 minutes|$45 – 45 minutes (Add 1 extra person for $15!)

Spend time absorbing the multiple benefits in our Halo-Therapy Infrared Salt Sauna. This specialized sauna provides health benefits along with cosmetic benefits. Compression Therapy ~ NormaTec (Legs & Feet): $40 – 30 minutes|$55 – 45 minutes|$70 – 60 minutes

The NormaTec system uses compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, & speed recovery. Each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release. Veins & lymphatic vessels have one-way valves that prevent fluid backflow. Similarly, our compression technology uses hold pressures to keep fluids from being forced in the wrong direction.
