a deposit is required to reserve all appointments, whether booked online, by phone, or with a team member. your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice & no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

if you arrive late, we’ll still do our best to make the most of your session, but your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time.
the same cancellation policy applies to appointments booked using a gift certificate.
we understand things happen, so even if you’re within the 24-hour window, please reach out as soon as possible. you’re also welcome to send a friend or family member in your place if you’re unable to make your appointment.
